Today we are going to cook
fenugreek mutton, which is a staple food in every home and tastes great. So

I am taking one tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste here.

We will add dry spices after roasting. I am going to add one
tablespoon of red chili powder and one teaspoon of turmeric. Mix everything
together and cook. Cook till the oil starts separating and the water in the masala
evaporates. As you can see, guys, the masala is fried well.
Now let's talk about fenugreek beans. These are called green
beans in some places, and you may find better varieties in other states. This
method works for any type of cooking. The beans will now fry for 6 to 7
minutes, or until they change color and have completely absorbed the spice of
the masala.

beans are fried well and the oil has separated. Now I will add the shredded
mutton. Let it cook for another 6 to 7 minutes. As you can see, the oil has
separated and the beans are cooked. We are going to add the mutton that we put
aside at the end because it was fully cooked and couldn't be cooked any more.
